When You Feel Like GIVING UP….

For the days when you feel like giving up. when you feel that is you cannot go any further, or that is you cannot push it any harder.  I understand you completely, believe me.  They are days that is I am wondering, how much more I can take? There are days when I will question everything I have done so far, and wonder what for is all f this? There are days I just cannot do it anymore. And its s ok. I guess. It is a part of the process, part of growing , part of evolving. You have doubts, you lose faith or will to try again.  Turn of your phone; drink a glass of wine; cry; scream if you have to; get your favorite ice cream; sleep and rest; and then pick up the pieces and go back… at the end of the day , it is my life , and if I want something different, if I want things to change, no one will give it to me, I have to do it on my own, and for myself. And that is what I am telling myself… just keep going, and do the best you can today
