Winnie the Pooh – the best quotes

Silly old bear… Winnie The Pooh
Created by British author A.A. Milne in the 1920s, Winnie the Pooh was an immediate success. The author based the characters solemnly on his son, Christopher and his stuffed animal friend Winnie the Pooh and the gang of friends: Piglet, Eeyore, Kanga, Roo and Tigger. The family lived together and their country home in England’s Ashdown Forest, so that is how the “Hundred Acre Woods” came to life.
Walt Disney bought the rights to Winnie the Pooh in 1961, and thanks to that, the lovable bear was introduced even to more children all over the world. It was made into many children movies and cartoons. Translated to 5o different languages bringing all the joy of simple life and love from all the beloved characters to every corner of the world.
For me, Winnie the Pooh, is something very sentimental, probably like for many other, who grow up watching him and his adventures. Till this day, his silly adventures always make me smile.
The cherished “silly old bear” Winnie the Pooh has pleased children for generations—but even adults can appreciate the best of his funny, clever and sometimes touching quotes about life, love, friendship, growing up—and of course, his biggest love, the honey.
